In this position, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for supervising the accounting department and nurturing professional development and high performance among team members. This involves ensuring the accuracy and completeness of monthly review of agency revenue and expenses, overseeing AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and general accounting functions, and establishing efficient processes for precise accounting and reporting. Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree, possess at least 7 years of accounting experience, experience with governmental accounting, 3 years of managerial experience, and demonstrate proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Requirements for the Accounting Manager:

·        CPA license is required

·        Bachelor's degree in Accounting

·        Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting.

·        Minimum of 3+ years of people management

·        Minimum of 1 year of governmental accounting experience including experience with GASB regulations

·        Proficiency on using accounting software and MS Office Suite.

Compensation for the Accounting Manager:

·        Direct Hire

·        Location: Fort Worth, TX 76102 (100% Onsite)

·        Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hrs. a week.

·        Pay: $90-124K/year (+/- based on experience)
