The CornerStone Professional Placement team is seeking a Controller to join a well-respected wholesale distributor of HVAC equipment and supplies. The Controller candidates should hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance and have 5+ years’ experience leading Accounting departments and initiatives.  As a Controller, you will lead and direct Accounting activities from start to finish. This will include creating and maintaining the company’s budget, performing financial reviews and analysis, managing audits and holding overall fiscal responsibility for the organization as a whole. Including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and human recourses related functions. Come work for a team that you can be proud of and where everyone matters!


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required

* 10+ years of professional Accounting experience

* 5+ years’ experience as a Controller

* Advanced knowledge of Accounting & ERP Systems

* Proficient in Excel

* Leadership, networking and mentoring abilities

* Excellent written & oral communication; strong presentation skills
