Customer Service Supervisor
Plano, TX

Currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for a major manufacturer/distributor client in Plano, TX.  This client is seeking a polished and personable Customer Service Supervisor with 5+ years of customer service experience, at least 3 of which have been in management level roles.  Qualified Customer Service Supervisors must have experience in manufacturing, production, and/or engineering environments and be skilled with SAP and Six Sigma.  The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for enhancing processes and managing Customer Service Representatives both locally and out-of-state to effectively achieve customer service results.  This position will require strong communication skills to liaise with the Plant leaders, Engineers, Business Development Department, and other cross-functional departments for new product rollouts.  This client is an industry leader that offers direct hire employment, a competitive salary, growth opportunities, and a robust benefits package.

Requirements for the Customer Service Supervisor:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related fields
  • 5+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 3+ years of Management experience
  • Manufacturing, Production, and/or Engineering industry experience
  • SAP Experience
  • Six Sigma experience with active belts
  • Strong leadership, personality, team building, and presentation skills
Compensation for the Customer Service Supervisor:
  • Direct hire
  • $75-85K/year (submit with requirements)
  • Monday - Friday, Day Shift flexible hours)
