Job Description:

CornerStone Technology Talent Services (CornerStone TTS) is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer with expertise in Cisco CVP, CUIC, and ICM and is a SQL SME. This position is available in Texas, Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, or Indiana and involves designing, modifying, and implementing software programming applications, with a focus on call flows and voice applications. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in configuring call flows, collaborating with internal teams and business partners, and ensuring an optimal member experience. Familiarity with Cisco/Genesys CCaaS and Google CCAI is preferred, and Cisco CVP and ICM experience is required.

Responsibilities:

- Configure, review, and oversee documentation of call flows and interdepartmental documents and communications.

- Gather project requirements and implement configurations to enhance member experience.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on voice applications for internal teams and business partners.

- Participate in support calls, providing detailed information to resolve issues.

- Assist in the development of application roadmaps and strategies.

- Perform application report gathering and analysis.

- Train and mentor team members on application and technical skills.

Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of software development experience.

- Cisco CVP, CUIC, and ICM experience is required.

- IVR Configuration Training and Required Application Certification.

- Call center experience is preferred, along with required vendor trainings.

- Technical troubleshooting experience.

- IVR and call flow experience is preferred.

- College degree in a related area of study is preferred.

- Business analysis experience is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Visio).

- SQL experience is a plus.

- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
