CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Coordinator to join a reputable client based in Grapevine, TX. This full-time, onsite opportunity supports the development and execution of marketing and communication efforts that drive brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating internal and external communications, supporting content creation, managing social media posts, and liaising with manufacturer sponsors. This role is ideal for a communications professional ready to take the next step in their career and contribute to a collaborative marketing team.


Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Location: Grapevine, TX - Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday during core business hours

Salary: $60-80K/YR


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Business Development and Marketing teams with consistent messaging and branding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align communication efforts with business goals.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to develop marketing materials, newsletters, and advertising content.
  • Assist in planning and producing promotional collateral, event signage, and presentations.
  • Help organize and execute national trade shows, conferences, and internal corporate events.
  • Maintain a shared marketing communications calendar to track key initiatives and deadlines.
  • Draft internal announcements and daily updates for the Extranet platform.
  • Write and schedule press releases, blog entries, and social media content across platforms.
  • Work with manufacturer sponsors to fulfill co-branded communication requirements.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or communications support role.
  • Prior exposure to the Automotive Aftermarket Industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, content writing, and communication planning.
  • Hands-on experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
